Willow Street Church Intern Program
Are you an undergraduate or graduate student in the Lancaster area looking to deepen your faith and gain professional experience? We support up to two interns every semester (Fall, Spring, and Summer), offering a commitment of 5-7 hours per week to engage in various aspects of church life and ministry.
Our program provides diverse experiences across areas like children’s ministry, youth programs, music, preaching, worship, social media, historical research, outreach, justice ministries, and community engagement.
“I gained experience and skills that are crucial for my field, and I am not sure I would have gained them anywhere else during my time as an undergraduate. As I leave this internship, I cannot help but feel more prepared for my future than most students that I will graduate alongside. This internship has given me so many valuable experiences and o pportunities that I am so appreciative of. I hope the internship program can continue for many years to come and others can be blessed with the experience and opportunities that I had. ”

Her passion for nurturing our young ones and her love for worship have already made a significant impact, and we’re excited to see what she has in store for us this time around. Lexi is a sophomore music education major at Millersville University.
